A little help goes a long way.
Find your next step, from your first invoice to your next payment.
Getting startedCreate your first invoice
Open the demo and choose Create an invoice. Select a customer or add a new one, enter your services and prices, set the due date, and choose Save and continue. Review the document before issuing or sending.
Try this in the demoYour businessAdd your logo and invoice details
In Settings → Business profile, upload your company logo and add your billing address and payment instructions. In Invoices & estimates, choose a template and colour. Issued invoices retain the details they were issued with.
Try this in the demoCurrencies & taxesCreate a USD invoice and collect GHS
Select USD in the invoice editor. Review the GHS conversion panel and rate. An agreed manual rate needs an explanation. Once issued, the rate and amounts are locked. The preview uses an illustrative rate, not a live quote.
Try this in the demoCurrencies & taxesChoose a VAT treatment
Your business’s VAT setting determines the default. In the editor, use Include VAT & levies and choose whether item prices already include tax. When VAT is excluded for a registered business, select the reason that applies.
Try this in the demoPaymentsRecord a partial payment
Open an issued invoice and select Record a payment. Enter the GHS amount received, date, method and reference. The remaining balance updates immediately. Only record money you have actually received in the live service; the preview uses sample payments.
Try this in the demoYour teamInvite a colleague
Go to Settings → Users & roles, choose Invite user, select a role, and enter their name and email. Invitations in this preview are saved locally, with no email sent.
Try this in the demoRepeat businessConvert an estimate into an invoice
Open an estimate, select More actions → Convert to invoice. Review the new draft, confirm its dates and billing rate, then issue it when ready.
Try this in the demoReportingExport an invoice report
Open Reports to see invoiced amounts, payments and balances in GHS. Choose Export CSV to download the current workspace’s issued-invoice report. Drafts and estimates are excluded.

Reach the GeniusTech Hub team. We’re here to help you find your way.
Is GeniusTech Hub Invoice free?
Free includes the business owner. Pro costs GH₵99/month or GH₵990/year per business and includes up to 10 users total. Online payment processing fees are separate.
Can any business sign up?
Create and verify an account, then create a Free business workspace. Upgrade that business to Pro to invite staff. The separate invoice demo uses sample data in your browser.
Can I invoice in US dollars?
Yes. Choose GHS or USD when creating an invoice. A USD invoice also shows a GHS amount payable. The exchange rate is locked when the invoice is issued, and online payment collection is in GHS.
Can I choose whether to include VAT?
Yes. Set your business’s tax registration status, then choose the applicable tax treatment on each invoice. The editor supports prices with or without included tax. GRA integration is outside this release.
Do I need to connect payments to create invoices?
No. You can create invoices and include your bank transfer or other payment instructions. A Paystack connection is needed only for clients to pay online through the invoice.
Can my team create and send invoices?
The owner must upgrade the business to Pro to invite staff. Pro includes 10 users total: the owner plus nine staff. Pending invitations reserve seats. Membership and paid access are checked on the server; the invoice workflows are still a separate demo.
Will the preview send emails or take payments?
The invoice demo simulates emails and payments. The separate account and billing workspace uses server accounts and payment verification. Subscription checkout clearly identifies test mode and remains unavailable until Paystack is configured.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The website adapts to your phone, tablet or computer. You can try invoice creation, the customer view and the payment preview directly in your browser.
